Roy’s early career was Entrepreneurial where he was involved in leading the creation of two companies, (China Exports, iloho.com) in Shanghai

He previously built and ran an Analytics Centre for BP’s internal consulting team, where he hired 25 Singaporean Analysts and Senior Analysts, delivering analytical training that he designed

Roy is an expert in analysis, particularly building structured, insight rich, client validated, fully transparent Excel models and dashboards in Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI

Roy graduated from INSEAD’s Singapore campus with an MBA in 2008, where he focused on innovation and entrepreneurship
